The announcements just keep coming from the ALL IN crew as it has been announced that two more matches have been added to the show’s card.
It was announced earlier on Tuesday via the ALL US YouTube show that there will be a fatal four-way match featuring Britt Baker, Madison Rayne, Tessa Blanchard, and Chelsea Green at ALL IN. In the video Madison Rayne discussed the evolution of women’s wrestling as part of the lead in to the four way match.
It was also announced via the ALL IN Twitter account that Jay Lethal will be defending the Ring of Honor World Championship against the winner of the Over Budget Battle Royal on the ALL IN main card. The Battle Royal was announced earlier this week as part of the ALL IN: Zero Hour preshow event that will be taking place on WGN America. The Battle Royal will feature fifteen participants in total with the only currently announced participants being Moose, Colt Cabana, Rocky Romero, Ethan Page, and Jordynne Grace.
Lethal won the ROH World Championship from Dalton Castle in a four-way match also including Cody and Matt Taven at a Ring of Honor television taping back on June 30th. This is his second reign with the title following his first reign which lasted from June 2015 until August 2016 when he lost the championship to Adam Cole.
The two new matches bring the current number of confirmed matches for ALL IN to nine, with the ROH World Championship match being the second confirmed championship match. The ALL IN card currently looks like this:
- NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis defending against Cody Rhodes
- Kazuchika Okada vs. Marty Scurll
- The Young Bucks & Kota Ibushi vs. Rey Mysterio, Fenix & Bandido
- ROH World Champion Jay Lethal defending against the winner of the Over Budget Battle Royal
- “Arrow” star Stephen Amell vs. Christopher Daniels
- Madison Rayne vs. Tessa Blanchard vs. Britt Baker vs. Chelsea Green
- Hangman Page vs. Joey Janela
