In response to Stephanie McMahon’s threat of repercussions towards Brock Lesnar in an announcement she made earlier this week, Paul Heyman has claimed that Lesnar will cash in his Money in the Bank contract for a Universal Title match against Seth Rollins this coming Monday on Raw.
If Heyman’s claim does come to fruition, it will be the first time Lesnar has competed on Raw since July 22, 2002 when he defeated Tommy Dreamer in a Singapore cane match.
Here’s what Heyman had to say:
Ladies and Gentlemen, please be advised my client @BrockLesnar hereby cashes in the @WWE #MoneyInTheBank contract …#RAW @StephMcMahon @WWERollins #BreakingNews pic.twitter.com/35SWHC2c65

Of course as mentioned earlier, WWE released a video in which Stephanie McMahon threatened punishment and repercussions towards Lesnar after his antics last week.
The Beast Incarnate and advocate Heyman teased a cash-in announcement, but then didn’t follow through with it:
.@StephMcMahon promises that she, the McMahon Family and the Executive Team will be taking action against @HeymanHustle & @BrockLesnar after their disrespectful actions on #RAW. pic.twitter.com/esSW1fEZqE

Brock Lesnar won the Money in the Bank contract as a surprise eighth entrant in the match when Sami Zayn didn’t show up due to a backstage assault.
It came as such a surprise in fact that of the wrestlers in the match, only Ali reportedly knew that it was going to be Lesnar who was coming out to take down the briefcase.
Rollins on the other hand defeated Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35, and is scheduled to defend against Baron Corbin next Friday at Super ShowDown.
