Poor Finn Balor. He won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania in April, and has since defended the title once against Andrade at Super Showdown.
Since May 14, Finn has had one match on SmackDown Live, a match he lost against Shinsuke Nakamura, the same man who defeated him for the Intercontinental Championship last night at Extreme Rules.
Finn has now taken to Twitter to give his thoughts on his predicament.

Now before you all get excited, there is nothing to suggest that Finn is leaving WWE. It is much more likely that he is saying goodbye to the championship and his abysmal reign.
Many are theorising that Finn will now head over to Raw to join the club with AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, but that idea is far too exciting so it’s probably not going to happen.
WWE do not seem keen on Finn Balor being a heel, so it’s more likely that he’ll continue as a midcard babyface for the rest of his contract.
