PAC’s 229 day run with the Dragon Gate “Open The Dream Gate Championship” is over.
The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion finally lost his title to Ben-K at the Kobe Pro-Wrestling Festival on Sunday (July 21).
In the Main Event, Ben-K became the new Open the Dream Gate Champion after defeating PAC with a Ben-K Bomb.

He won the belt just two months after shockingly debuting for the promotion having left WWE months previously.
PAC dropping the belt will undoubtedly lead to fans and critics speculating where he could be going next, with AEW the obvious destination. PAC was scheduled to fight Hangman Page at Double or Nothing in May, but unknown issues put a spanner in the works and PAC was unable to compete.
If the previous issues have been sorted, could we see PAC’s AEW debut at All Out on August 31?
The two men instead had a match at a WrestleGate Pro show, and we would urge everyone to watch the match as it was incredible.
