Undertaker started off Smackdown Live with a promo about Madison Square Garden being his home and hallowed grounds. He spoke briefly about passing the torch to the new generation.
Surprisingly, Sami Zayn’s music hit and out came Sami. Sami played up his respect for Taker and promised he wasn’t here for trouble. However, he was there to say the WWE was in good hands, his hands that is.

The Undertaker appeared to leave the ring. Due to Sami laughing and hamming it up, Taker turned around. He then chokeslammed Zayn in the Ring.
Taker then left by walking up the ramp as only he can do. Many had hoped to see The Fiend appear along side Taker tonight. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We’ll just have to wait and see if that actually ever happens.
