This could well be the greatest thing of all time.
PWInsider is reporting that AEW World Champion Chris Jericho has filed to trademark the phrase “a little bit of the bubbly”, to seemingly release a champagne with that very name:
“Goods & Services: Champagne; Sparkling wines; Wine; Wines and sparkling wines”
The following purpose was given too, presumably for merch:
“Goods & Services: Bandannas; Hats; Shirts; Sweatshirts. FIRST USE: 20190905. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20190905”
AEW applied to trademark the phrase on September 18, but Jericho himself actually beat them to it, reportedly doing so on September 10.
Jericho will team with two mystery partners this coming Wednesday on AEW: Dynamite to take on Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks, and will defend his World Title against Cody at Full Gear on November 9.
