At the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, Sasha Banks was unable to capture the Raw Women’s Championship after being defeated by Becky Lynch.
Banks has not been seen on WWE TV since, and WWE confirmed this week on Raw that “The Boss” is currently dealing with an injury of some sort.
Banks was pulled from her scheduled match with Becky Lynch on this week’s Raw, but the severity of her injury was previously unknown.
However, PWInsider is now reporting that the former Raw Women’s Champion is expected to be at Friday night’s Smackdown TV taping.
“Sasha Banks, who has been out on the injured list since the Hell In A Cell PPV with a tailbone issue, is slated to be at this Friday’s Smackdown taping, PWInsider.com has confirmed.”
After several years on Monday Night Raw, Sasha Banks was drafted to Smackdown last week as part of the WWE Draft.
While it is unclear whether Banks will be working a match on Friday or appearing at the show in some other capacity, it appears as if “The Boss” is over her injury.
