When Luke Owen predicts something several times in advance, it’s probably quite obvious, and that’s certainly true with Brock Lesnar moving to SmackDown on FOX.
Lesnar won the WWE Championship in 7 seconds on the FOX debut of SmackDown on October 4, and is once again being pushed as the unbeatable beast.
Many assumed that it was WWE that wanted Lesnar on SmackDown to help push numbers, but according to the latest Wresting Observer Newsletter, it was very much a FOX desire.
FOX wanted either Brock Lesnar or Ronda Rousey for their more sports-based show, and as Ronda isn’t currently active and not looking to return, it had to be Lesnar.

The only real take is that Raw seemed to get the stronger roster. Heyman picked up some of his key people that were on Smackdown, Flair, Black, Buddy Murphy (who he is said to be super high on) but did lose Lesnar, which had to happen since FOX wanted Lesnar or Rousey on the show as their big sports star.
SmackDown, at least for now, also has Cain Velasquez, and as a former UFC Champion, he will also be someone that FOX will be keen on keeping.
However, Velasquez himself has said that he wants to challenge for the Universal Championship, which is a Raw exclusive belt, so we shall see what happens after Crown Jewel at the end of this month.
