Yesterday (November 11), WWE star Sin Cara revealed on Twitter that he had requested his release from WWE due to not feeling valued or appreciated for his talent.
He certainly has a point, and despite returning recently from injury, he’s done nothing but lose to Andrade, and it seems that this was the final straw.

Luckily for Sin Cara, WWE is known for granting releases to stars, particularly in 2019…oh wait.
PWInsider reports that WWE will not be granting his release, which should come as a surprise to literally no-one given how terrified the company seems of losing anyone in case they join AEW.
The report is that he has 3 years left on his WWE contract, and that rather than releasing him, they will simply be sending him home, presumably to think about what he’s done.
When he returned a few weeks ago, he brought with him a masked female companion called Catalina. She has already been moved back to NXT after just a couple of weeks on the main roster.
Imagine being desperate to leave your job and being told “nahh, but you can leave in 3 years”. Poor bloke.
