After defeating 3 other teams on SmackDown, The Revival are the new number 1 contenders for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. The Revival will face The New Day at WWE TLC for their championships.
The Revival outlasted Heavy Machinery, Lucha House Party, and Shorty G and Mustafa Ali to earn the match. Dash and Dawson eliminated both Heavy Machinery and Ali/G to win.

After the match, The Revival cut an intense promo promising to take tag team wrestling back to serious business. They claim to be the best tag team in the company.
There was no word as to whether or not there would be a stipulation added to the match. However, it would be a fun ladder match with these two teams.
Only one other match is official for the show. Roman Reigns will be fighting Baron Corbin.
It had been rumored that Roode and Ziggler would be the challengers. However, they were not even in this match.

As for other matches on the show, after events earlier in the night, it appears another match is set. At this time, it hasn’t been made official.
It looks like Miz will be facing The Fiend. Bray Wyatt threatened Miz’s family and also took out Miz with a Sister Abigail.
