The releases keep coming and it appears it is now NXT’s turn. WWE has begun to inform NXT stars that they have been released from the company.
The first names to go are Deonna Purrazzo and Aleksandr as they have both tweeted that they have left the company. Josiah Williams and MJ Jenkins have also revealed that they have been released from WWE.

On air talent Jon Quasto has also been released, as have trainers Ace Steel, Kendo Kashin and Serena Deeb.
The WWE main roster has been rocked by releases today with names such as Rusev, Gallows and Anderson, Zack Ryder, and Drake Maverick headlining the cuts. It is unknown whether more releases will come to the main roster but Dave Meltzer has reported that a second wave of releases is coming. Whether that means NXT stars or main roster talent is not currently known.
