Despite hundreds of people still dying each day across the world, a popular independent wrestling in America has announced their first live show back with fans in attendance following the Coronavirus pandemic.
Only last week, WWE had an audience during the tapings of Raw, SmackDown and NXT, but those in attendance were members of the WWE Performance Center as opposed to fans. Ever since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic, AEW has had its wrestlers in the crowd, so it seems like this independent promotion are the first to welcome back actual fans.
Although there will obviously be some heavy restrictions in place, GameChanger Wrestling has announced that some fans will be able to attend their June 20 show in Indianapolis at the White River State Park. The promotion has announced that fans must wear face masks, with seating reduced by 50%.
– Fans are requested to wear face masks
– Masks will be provided at the door at no cost for fans in need

Without the ability to broadcast their shows on major national broadcast networks, independent promotions such as GCW will be incredibly eager to get fans back into shows so they can begin to start making some money again.
Speaking of fans returning to shows, a report emerged last week indicating that WWE higher-ups were planning for the return of live events with fans for July. Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.comf or the latest on the matter.
