WWE star Alexa Bliss has been forced into making her Twitter account private due to persistent online harrassment from users of the platform.
Bliss replied to a concerned user by writing: “I’m fine, just tired of the harassment. Focusing on my mental health at the moment. Everyone stay being kind out there”.
She later tweeted a photo showing that, after she’d made her account private, there were repeated attempts to gain access to it by changing the password.
It was under a month ago that 22-year-old Stardom wrestler Hana Kimura took her own life after being a sufferer of online abuse. This is behaviour that needs to stop and the sooner its perpetrators realise this the better.
Everyone at WrestleTalk wishes Bliss the best in her mental health. If anyone reading this is going through similar struggles click this link for information on where you can find support.
