WWE Raw star Seth Rollins has provided an update on the status of Austin Theory who has been off TV for a couple of months.
Theory’s last match was on the June 17 Main Event taping, and despite being one of Seth Rollins’ disciples, he hasn’t been mentioned since then.
Speaking with Sporting News, Rollins said:
“He had some personal issues that came up. So he took some time off to sort through them for the past month or two. It’s hard right now but we hope everything’s good for him, so we hope to have him back sooner than later.”
It had been reported that Theory had been quietly suspended by WWE. The reason for the suspension was unknown, but it did come after his name came up in allegations during the #SpeakingOut movement.
