After NXT TakeOver: WarGames on Sunday, it was reported that Candice LeRae was receiving x-rays after a suspected arm injury. Although nothing was confirmed during the show, Triple H revealed that she could’ve broken her arm.
It was confirmed on the latest episode of NXT that LeRae suffered a broken arm during her match on Sunday. The unfortunate injury was referenced many times by the commentary team, as well as her husband Johnny Gargano.
LeRae’s only public comment on her injury came after retweeting her husband’s post-WarGames update:
No rest for the wicked! ✨🖤 https://t.co/lzcu1DSvHq

LeRae and Gargano were not the only wrestlers hurt during NXT TakeOver: WarGames. Triple H had this to say during Sunday’s post show media call:
“Bobby Fish got a little bit of laceration on his elbow, but we’re not exactly sure. But it’s just the elbow, so we’re kind of just waiting and seeing, but other than that, just bumps and bruises. I hold my breath on this kinds of shows every single time. If that is the extent of it, then we did well.”
There is currently no information on LeRae expected return date.
