Kofi Kingston suffered a broken jaw and has been out of action for most of 2021. His last match was on January 4, 2021 against Miz and Morrison.
Kingston returned to action on the February 8, 2021 edition of Monday Night Raw. The New Day, Kingston and Woods, faced off against RETRIBUTION’s T-Bar and SlapJack.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods picked up the win against RETRIBUTION after hitting the Day Break. Kofi has barely missed a beat after a month off.
He and Woods worked flawlessly in their victory over T-Bar and Slapjack. After the match, Mustafa Ali went nuts.
It seems at some point we’ll be getting Ali vs. Kingston. This seems like a pre-show match for Elimination Chamber or a Raw match.
