For the first time since returning to in-ring competition in January 2020, WWE has decided to turn Edge heel ahead of his big WrestleMania 37 match.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer is reporting that Edge is going to be a heel moving forward, and the angle at the end of Fastlane where he attacked Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan was supposed to be a heel turn.
It has been reported that Daniel Bryan will be added to the Edge vs. Roman Reigns Universal Championship match at WrestleMania, which would make sense considering Edge and Roman Reigns are both heels.
At this time, there is no word on why WWE opted to turn Edge heel. For any additional information on the matter, make sure you stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com.
