Former All Elite Wrestling (AEW) roster member Bea Priestley might be heading to WWE, it has emerged.
Speaking on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Bea Priestley is going to be moving back to the UK, likely meaning she’s agreed to join the NXT UK brand:
“She is moving back to the UK. She has not told anyone what she is doing next which makes them think it’s WWE, because if it’s not then we would probably know. I can tell you for sure it’s not AEW, so it’s probably WWE UK. I can’t say that 100%, but that’s certainly what everyone in Japan feels.”
Bea Priestley recently wrapped up work with both NJPW and STARDOM, leading some to speculate that she’d be returning to AEW after being released last year, but Meltzer notes she will not be landing in Tony Khan’s promotion.
It is widely believed that Bea Priestley has been offered the chance to be a part of the WWE NXT UK brand before, and it seems like people in Japan think that she has accepted the latest offer made to her by the company.
It’s important to note that Dave Meltzer is not reporting that Bea Priestley is 100% heading to WWE, but has noted that people in Japan feel as if she is going to be working for Vince McMahon soon.
