This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw went off the air with Charlotte Flair attacking the official who had just refereed her loss to Asuka, which had main evented the show.
On Raw Talk, WWE official Adam Pearce announced that as a result of putting her hands on a WWE official, Charlotte Flair has been indefinitely suspended and fined $100,000 for her behaviour.
It goes without saying, that this is just part of the storyline. For anyone that was doubtful, Charlotte Flair has not actually been suspended or fined by WWE, and will likely be back before too long.
Some have questioned why WWE has made the decision to ‘suspend’ Charlotte Flair at this time, “The Queen” only returned to WWE TV last week, and it’s unclear how long she is going to be out for.
