WWE has announced a championship match for the WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.
Last week on SmackDown, new SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair hosted a championship celebration ceremony. After the segment, Kayla Braxton interviewed Bayley, who made fun of Bianca and said she was still a rookie.
WWE has wasted no time making this match official, as today on Twitter, they announced that Bayley will face Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship on May 16th.
