People within Ring of Honor reportedly expect higher-ups to make an offer to Daniel Bryan to return to the company after it emerged that he is no longer contracted to WWE.
Fightful Select is reporting that people they have spoken to within ROH think that management will try and bring the former WWE Champion back into the company in some capacity, whether it be for an appearance or as a wrestler:
The site notes that Daniel Bryan hasn’t remained totally out of contract with ROH, where he wrestled for several years under his real name Bryan Danielson before joining WWE.
As previously alluded to, Daniel Bryan has a long history with ROH which proceeds his time with WWE. The former SmackDown General Manager held the ROH World and ROH Pure Championships during his time with the company.
With regards to his future, Fightful Select is also reporting that people within All Elite Wrestling (AEW) actually expect Daniel Bryan to stay with WWE and sign a new contract with the company.
