Controversial former WWE referee Drake Wuertz has revealed what his plans are following his WWE release back in May.
Wuertz spoke with PWP Nation recently, where he said that he would still take some wrestling bookings “when it works for me with promoters that want to do business with me and don’t care about the nonsense and the garbage going on there on the internet.”
Wuertz then revealed that he plans to start his own podcast in the near future, saying:
“I’m going to be jumping into the podcast realm as well. Hopefully towards the end of the summer, beginning of the fall, I’m going to talk some wrestling, I’m going to talk faith, I’m going to talk about family, politics. We’re going to bring it all together.”
Wuertz was released from the company back in May after it was noted that several members of the NXT roster felt uncomfortable working with him.
Wuertz recently attended an anti-mask event which was highjacked by AEW star Joey Janela.
