NXT UK will have fans in attendance for the upcoming set of tapings, for the first time in almost 18 months.
Alex McCarthy of TalkSPORT previously reported that NXT UK was working on having fans return for tapings this month.
From October 14, fans will be welcomed into the BT Sport Studio, as the next set of NXT UK episodes will be filmed in front of a live audience.
As per Inside The Ropes, the tapings will be invite only, with general sale tickets not being immediately available. Masks will be required, as will proof of double vaccination or a negative lateral flow test.
WWE confirmed that NXT will welcome back fans next week in a press release:
“NXT UK is set to welcome back fans to the BT Sport Studio starting Thursday, October 14, airing at 3pm ET / 8pm BST on Peacock in the US and WWE Network everywhere else. Marking the first return of a crowd to NXT UK in almost 18 months, the episode will see Ilja Dragunov defend his NXT UK Championship against A-Kid.”
Fans who do get selected for the tapings will get to watch Ilja Dragunov defend the NXT UK Championship against A-Kid live.
