WWE has announced an NXT Women’s Championship match for the upcoming NXT New Year’s Evil special episode of NXT 2.0.
On tonight’s (December 21) episode of NXT 2.0, Raquel Gonzalez defeated Dakota Kai in a Street Fight, before calling out NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose.
Cora Jade interrupted and said that she also feels like she is owed an NXT Women’s Championship match. Mandy Rose then appeared on the titantron and announced a Triple Threat match between her, Raquel and Cora for the title at New Year’s Evil.
NXT New Year’s Evil is set to take place on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 on the USA Network.
