On this week’s AEW Rampage, Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti were involved in a segment with Dan Lambert and American Top Team to continue their ongoing rivalry.
The episode was taped after this week’s Dynamite show, with many fans in attendance noting that Guevara and Conti were ‘heavily booed’ and showered with chants of ‘shut the f**k up’.
The same fans noticed that the boos and chants had been edited out of the segment when it hit air on Friday, which Scorpio Sky has since mocked.
Sky posted a picture of Conti holding one of Sammy’s cue cards, but with the phrase ‘We paid to have our boos dubbed over’ written on it.
Conti responded, simply saying:
If I didn’t hear it, it didn’t happened brother
If I didn’t hear it, it didn’t happened brother 😋
