Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley show respect for one another after a recent interview.
McIntyre and Lashley have feuded over the WWE Championship in the past, but they have also competed over the IMPACT World Championship as well.
Speaking with BT Sports, Bobby Lashley spoke about his rivalry with Drew McIntyre.
The WWE on BT Sports Twitter account wrote the following caption:
“Drew is one of my favourite people in the wrestling business, if you want to talk about someone representing the company – he’s that guy.”
“Everything about him is champion status.”

McIntyre replied to the tweet, saying:
Whatever company we crossed paths in, whether it was side-by-side or going to war against each other, one thing was clear – respect. I appreciate you big man, we’ll run it back soon enough @fightbobby
Drew McIntyre will face Sheamus in an old-fashioned Irish Donnybrook Match on this Friday, July 29 edition of SmackDown.
Meanwhile, Bobby Lashley will defend the United States Championship against Theory at SummerSlam on July 30.
