The WWE WrestleMania 39 launch party took place last night in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium, as the WrestleMania 39 tickets are now officially on sale.
Prior to last night’s event, WWE released presale tickets for the show, with many WWE stars sharing their presale codes on social media for fans to use.
Per Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE sold over 10,000 combo tickets for both nights in presales alone, with around 1000 tickets for each night selling individually.
He said:
WWE had a presale for WrestleMania tickets this past week. They were pushing combo tickets as they were priced reasonably while the individual show tickets were priced far higher, number called ridiculous as they were just looking to get as much out of fans willing to pay the most. More than 10,000 combo tickets for both nights were sold and even with the high prices about 1,000 tickets were sold individually for each night
Several WWE stars were present at last night’s launch party, including NXT’s Santos Escobar, who dropped a big hint about his potential main roster call up.
If you’re in the UK but didn’t manage to get tickets to Clash at the Castle on September 3, WrestleTalk is hosting a watch party at The Joiner on Worship in Shoreditch, London, and we’d love for you to join us! Click here for more details.
