WWE Raw star Bayley has teased a match in NXT, following Tuesday’s (October 4) episode.
On this week’s show, Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez met in a ‘Grayson Waller Effect’ segment. During the confrontation, Grayson Waller announced that in two weeks, Jade and Perez will be choosing each other’s opponents and ‘the entire WWE roster is fair game.’
There has been some speculation about main rosters stars being chosen for this ‘pick your poison’ challenge. Bayley has thrown her hat in the ring, tweeting:
“Anyone on the roster huh….?”
Bayley last wrestled on NXT TV in June 2020, when she and Sasha Banks defended the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Shotzi & Tegan Nox (Nixon Newell).
Several main roster names made appearances on this week’s NXT, including Butch & Ridge Holland of the Brawling Brutes, who challenged for Pretty Deadly’s NXT Tag Team Titles, but were defeated following interference from Imperium.
The Brawling Brutes and Imperium will face off in a good old fashioned Donnybrook match at Extreme Rules on October 8. Bayley is slated to challenge for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship in a ladder match at the event.
