A WWE star has recalled meeting top AEW star MJF and discusses his upcoming 2024 free agency.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman, better known as MJF, has made it no secret that his contract with All Elite Wrestling will expire in January 2024 and he plans to start a bidding war with AEW as well as WWE.
Friedman has further the speculation on where he will end up next by taking photos with various WWE talent.
One of those said photos that gained plenty of attention was the one he took with Liv Morgan.
Speaking with Alistair George of Metro, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion was asked about how the picture came together.
She said:
“Aha! So, I went to my friend Skylar’s birthday party and he was just there! I had never met him before that. We had great, great, great, great banter. We have a lot in common actually.”
When asked about what MJF refers to as “The Bidding War of 2024”, Morgan answered:
“When 2024 comes, I think only he can know or decide what is best,’ Liv added. ‘I think whatever he wants to do is gonna be the best decision for him. Wherever he goes, I’m just he’ll be a star.”
Liv Morgan lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Ronda Rousey in an Extreme Rules Match at the titular event.
As previously reported, Morgan will star in a popular horror television series on the USA Network.
Meanwhile, MJF is currently the owner of the Casino Ladder Match poker chip which guarantees him a shot at the AEW World Championship anytime he wants.
