Top WWE Star Says Polarising Character Was ‘The Most Fun’ They Had In Their Career WWE

Alexa Bliss scored the victory over Bayley on the December 12 episode of WWE Raw, earning her the next shot at Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship.

After the match, Alexa got in the head of Bianca, with Bray Wyatt’s logo flashing on the titantron, seemingly causing a change within Alexa.

Alexa teased hitting Bianca with the Sister Abigail, but ultimately decided to let her go.

This was a rather on the nose hint at a potential return of Alexa’s ‘spooky’ gimmick that she had while working with Wyatt previously in 2020 and 2021.

The character was rather polarising among WWE fans, with a lot of people not liking the supernatural element of the character.

Speaking to BT Sport’s What Went Down, Alexa spoke about her time working with Wyatt, claiming that it was the most fun she has had in her career.

She said:

“This was the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire career. The most fun I’ve ever had in my entire career, I can easily say, was this time period. I’ve never had more fun in my life,”

Alexa carried on, noting that she originally pitched for a ‘Dark Alexa’ character while she was working in NXT, so was naturally all in on the character when it became time to portray it on the main roster.

She added:

“I had pitched a character like this, Dark Alexa, way back in NXT, before Blake and Murphy.

“I’ve always loved doing something different. I don’t like being the same character all the time.

“I remember, I’ve looked back, and I was like, ‘Man, I’ve been like six or seven different versions of myself,’ which was so fun. I love being able to portray a character. I love being able to go outside of the box, do different things, and this was the most fun,”
