The future of CM Punk in AEW has been the talk of the wrestling world this week, with him reportedly reaching out to the company for a potential return.
With the rumours swirling, many fans have been thinking about when Punk could pop back up in AEW.
With AEW set to hold All In at Wembley Stadium, and reportedly All Out the following week, so having Punk available for both those shows would be something AEW would be hoping for.
Well, the date of Punk’s return may have just been announced, as AEW has announced their return to Chicago for June 21st in the Wintrust Arena.
Tickets for the show are set to go on sale on Friday, April 21.
Punk famously made his return to wrestling at the United Center on August 20, 2021, on the First Dance special episode of AEW Rampage.
The United Center has been speculated to be the location of the All Out pay-per-view in September.
On the final stop before #ForbiddenDoor, #AEW returns to Chicago, IL. on Wednesday, June 21st at the @WintrustArena for #AEWDynamite LIVE & #AEWRampage! Tickets go on sale FRIDAY 04/21 at 10am CT! 🎟 https://t.co/rFcIFUPD6k | https://t.co/Y4EcTO5v4i pic.twitter.com/c1pHe102N3
