CM Punk Trapped In WWE Headquarters Update

CM Punk has provided an update on being trapped in WWE Headquarters following his appearance on yesterday’s Backlash Kick-Off show.

Punk appeared on the Kick-Off show for last night’s Backlash show, but chaos ensued afterwards, when Punk revealed that he was locked inside the building following the show.

Punk was locked in a bathroom when changing out of his suit, and when he got out, everyone else had left.

With no further updates from Punk, fans had speculated about whether or not he eventually made it out of the headquarters, and he has now provided that update.

Taking to Instagram again today, Punk claimed that he was STILL in WWE HQ following the show, also teasing that he may stick around for the Raw show in Hartford this Monday.

He said:

“Yes I’m still here. Bed head, same clothes. I made my way back to the gym, there’s people working out here so I just have to disappear again.

“I might stick around for the Hartford Raw, I think I can just become the Phantom of the Opera, I can just live in this place, and I don’t think anybody would know. I got lost, there’s too many places to hide out.

“So yes, to answer your questions, I am still here.”
