WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin has shared high praise for LA Knight, revealing the advice he offered the rising star.
Since his main roster debut in early 2022, Knight has gained popularity, with many fans calling for Knight to receive a title push following the draft.
Speaking with Bleacher Report, Steve Austin noted that he previously advised Knight to make sure his cardio is great to succeed as a top star.
Believing that Knight can ascend to the next level, Austin said:
“I got a text message from him a while back, and I’m so bad about returning calls. My wife gets on me about it all the time, I’ve got a lot of heat, but I did talk to him before that one text and I told him, ‘Hey man, just make sure your cardio is supreme and go do you.’
“That guy can talk a blue streak, he’s a great worker, he’s got a good look, he’s got a great energy. I think he’s doing great. He can ascend to a higher level, and I think he will.”
Austin also spoke about scrapped plans for a potential WrestleMania 39 match, which you can read more about right here.
