Former WWE and current AEW interviewer Renee Paquette began her podcast ‘The Sessions’ back in 2020.
Since the podcast’s inception, it has become one of the more popular wrestling podcasts out there, with great interviews with names including but not limited to CM Punk and her husband Jon Moxley.
However, we may not be getting any more episodes of the show soon, as Fightful Select (subscription required) notes that the show is currently on hiatus.
The belief is that the show’s deal expired with the two sides failing to come to terms on a new one.
This comes shortly after current AEW World Tag Team Champion Dax Harwood announced that his ‘FTR’ podcast would be ending.
Dax said that he believes his podcast is doing ‘more harm than good’ for wrestling by existing, resulting in the show ending after only a few months.
Renee currently works for AEW, serving as the primary backstage interviewer on Dynamite.
Her husband, Jon Moxley, is set for a Steel Cage match against Kenny Omega on next week’s episode of Dynamite.
