An update has emerged on two AEW names who are reportedly preparing to launch a new project together.
AEW has several popular online brands away from Dynamite and Collision, with notable AEW names representing the likes of the Unrestricted podcast and the AEW Games division.
Per Andrew Zarian of the Wrestling Observer, a project that has been worked on by Renee Paquette and RJ City has now been given the green light.
Believing that this project will be launched next month, Zarian said:
Heard some rumblings that Renee and RJ City have been working on a project that has gotten the green light.
Expect to see it announced soon with a mid-May release date.
Paquette and City both serve as backstage interviewers in AEW. RJ City also hosts the Hey! (EW) talk show on the company’s YouTube channel.
Paquette, City and Stokely Hathaway have become established hosts of AEW pay-per-view pre-shows as well.
If it’s affiliated with AEW, this new project would be in addition to the new gaming podcast that has now started, with Adam Cole and Evil Uno hosting the All Elite Arcade podcast weekly.
