An update has emerged on WWE Hall of Famer Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, who has made an appearance at a local convention.
Lawler appeared at the Memphis Comic Expo on Saturday, with the convention sharing a photo of the WWE veteran to Instagram.
Memphis Comic Expo captioned the photo:
King Jerry Lawler is here! Meet him at the Memphis Wrestling History Booth!

Lawler has been dealing with various health issues since suffering a stroke in February.
While there had been positive updates in the immediate months following his stroke, it has been indicated that there have been complications in his recovery, with close friend Dutch Mantell stating in June that Lawler was doing “much better, but still not recovering as well as they would hope”.
Lawler was previously pulled from The Gathering event in July.
Things have looked promising for Lawler in recent weeks, with the Hall of Famer making an appearance in the commercial break of the August 28 edition of Raw.
