An interesting location is being discussed for WWE’s SummerSlam premium live event with some even considering it the front runner for the event.
According to a report from Fightful Select, a current likely location for SummerSlam 2024 may be Cleveland, Ohio.
Several sources connected to City of Cleveland and the Cleveland Browns echoed the rumor with one WWE source telling Fightful the event was ‘likely’ for Cleveland.
Whether or not the event would be held at the Cleveland Browns stadium or another venue remains unknown at this time.
SummerSlam 2023 saw great success from the midwest location of Detroit, Michigan for WWE’s ‘biggest party of the Summer’ this year breaking records for non-WrestleMania ticket sales.
WWE continues to expand the locations of major events, revealing yesterday plans to bring a new premium live event, Bash in Berlin, to Germany in August 2024.
