The new AEW signing has been announced at AEW Full Gear 2023 as the mystery person was revealed in the ring.
Will Ospreay was announced as signing his AEW contract tonight at Full Gear.
Ospreay revealed that he isn’t going to be joining the company just yet as he will continue to work with NJPW through his current contracted date.
That makes it the start of February 2024, and Ospreay said that he’ll be with AEW for the “road to Revolution”.
He also told Tony Khan to line up the best that AEW has to offer, especially for Wembley in August 2024.
It’s been well publicized that WWE was interested in signing Ospreay, but evidently, he’s chosen AEW instead.
Find out Ospreay’s contract length and some other details at this link.
It's official! @WillOspreay is ALL ELITE!
