Nikki Cross has now reacted to the return of R-Truth at WWE Survivor Series 2023, admitting that she feels she has some explaining to do.
In possibly the biggest return of the weekend, R-Truth made a WWE TV comeback during Saturday’s (November 25) premium live event, showing up in a backstage segment.
Raw star Nikki Cross has now celebrated Truth’s return, but also recalled a moment which Truth may have taken issue with.
Cross shared a photo of her throwing the 24/7 Championship into the trash, with the caption:
I’m so happy @RonKillings is back 😊😊
I do feel like I got some explaining to do though 😅 🗑️
Nikki Cross is recognised as the final 24/7 Champion, after winning the gold from Dana Brooke on the November 7, 2022 edition of Raw.
Later on in this episode, Cross dropped the title belt into the trash, ahead of the championship officially being deactivated later that week.
R-Truth was the most decorated 24/7 Champion ever, holding the gold 53 times, for 415 recognised days in total.
Another WWE name has teased that a new show co-hosted by R-Truth is coming, which you can read more about right here.
