The WWE Raw tag team division has been somewhat quiet in recent weeks.
World Tag Team Champions The Vision do not have a ton of challengers coming after their titles, while WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Fatal Influence have not been on Raw in weeks.
Looking at the talent on the red brand, there are plenty of fresh, new pairings that can be made in the coming weeks and months.
Here are four new potential WWE Raw tag teams coming soon.
The Lucha Brothers (Penta & Rey Fenix)
At WWE AAA Worlds Collide, Penta and Rey Fenix finally reunited as The Lucha Brothers to face Los Perros Del Mal.
After pulling off a DQ win here, Fenix showed up on Monday Night Raw to announce that he plans to defend the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship on the red brand.
It has been well over a year of many fans asking for WWE to put The Lucha Bros back together.
The Lucha Bros could revitalize the entire Raw men’s tag team scene in a major way.
Lola Vice & Sol Ruca
On the September 28 episode of Monday Night Raw, Lola Vice defeated Roxanne Perez.
Following the bout, Raquel Rodriguez attacked Vice until Sol Ruca made the save.
However, The Judgment Day got the last laugh when Rodriguez and Perez laid out both ladies.
With a tag team bout announced for the October 5 WWE Raw, Vice and Ruca could form a duo that could get the win against The Judgment Day and go on to challenge Fatal Influence for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee
As of late, Rey Mysterio has been appearing on WWE Raw as an ally to different luchadors on the roster.
On the September 28 WWE Raw, Mysterio was seen alongside Dragon Lee ahead of his bout against Big Cass.
Lee has been on a roll as of late after a series of showstealing bouts on Monday Night Raw over the past few months.
Wanting to make his mark and regain some gold, Lee could reform his LWO tag team with Rey Mysterio in the near future.
Oba Femi & Je’Von Evans
On the September 21 episode of WWE Raw, Je’Von Evans defeated Bron Breakker via disqualification after outside interference from The Vision.
This led to Oba Femi coming out to make the save and fighting off The Vision alongside “The Young OG.”
During their time on the WWE NXT brand, Femi and Evans had been longtime rivals, feuding over the NXT Championship.
This could lead to Oba Femi and Je’Von Evans forming a pairing that might find some success in the Raw tag team division, especially if given the opportunity to challenge The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Austin Theory for the World Tag Team Titles.
