Shayna Baszler
Many have assumed with Baszler dropping the NXT Women’s Championship a few weeks ago and after dominating that division for years, that she is now on the fast track to the main roster.
Having already set up feuds with both Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley back in November, a win at the Rumble would continue that story, culminating with a big title match at the ‘Granddaddy of Them All.’
Ronda Rousey
Another member of the Four Horsewomen of MMA, Ronda Rousey, has not been seen on WWE television (Total Divas aside) since losing at the main event of last year’s WrestleMania.
Returning at the Rumble, the same event she debuted at two years ago, winning and setting up the rematch with Becky Lynch to headline another Mania would be perfect story telling.
Charlotte Flair
A clear favourite of management, Charlotte Flair could almost always be considered the odds-on favourite to be placed on top of any of WWE’s women’s divisions.
Although the main event scene for the ladies could use a freshening up, you cannot count out ‘The Queen’ winning the Rumble and adding that onto her already impressive resume.
