In just a few days AEW is going to celebrate one of their most historic shows to date.
Not only does Swerve Strickland have a chance at the AEW World Championship, but Kingston vs. Danielson is finally happening.
It is finally time for The Icon Sting to retire from in-ring competition for good after a legendary four-decade long career.
Besides that, the card seems rather unique. 9 matches seems rather short for the typical AEW matchcard.
On top of that, no Buy In Matches have been announced yet, so with that said here are some additional treats for Sunday’s card.
6. ROH Television Championship: Kyle Fletcher vs. Ethan Page
Although there is an argument to be made that RoH Championship Match should not happen on AEW shows, this one is different.
Not only is Kyle Fletcher part of AEW’s Don Callis Family stable, these two probably are doing the best work for the brand outside of the Women’s Division.
Both are destined to clash shortly and deserve that to be happening in front of a wider audience than Ring of Honor can offer to them.
This would be a perfect pre-show bout to get the crowd going before the main card begins proper.
Both could easily be described as generational talents, it is time for them to drop some jaws and cause a revolution.
