Bronson Reed WWE Plans Following Return At Sunday Night’s Main Event

After over six months away, Bronson Reed made his WWE return during the September 6 Sunday Night’s Main Event special.

During the event, Reed attacked Oba Femi with a steel chair, during Femi’s match against The Vision’s Bron Breakker.

With Reed having not wrestled since the February 23 Raw episode, there are a number of directions WWE could take the returning star in for his comeback feuds.

Here are five potential plans for Bronson Reed following his WWE return.

Oba Femi

The most obvious direction for Bronson Reed would be for him to feud with Oba Femi following Sunday Night’s Main Event.

At the September 6 special, Oba Femi vs Bron Breakker ended via disqualification, after a returning Bronson Reed brutalized his Vision teammate’s opponent.

Reed hit Femi with a steel chair multiple times, before taking him out with several Tsunami splashes.

With Reed and Breakker standing tall over Oba Femi on Sunday, we’ll likely see Femi seek retribution in the coming week.

Jey Uso

Bronson Reed last wrestled on the February 23 Raw episode, facing off against the “Original” El Grande Americano and Jey Uso in an Elimination Chamber qualifier.

Reed was originally planned to win this match, however he suffered a bicep tear during the bout, Jey Uso ultimately came out on top.

With Reed having previously hinted at a return shortly after Jey Uso’s King of the Ring first round victory in June, it’s clear that the Aussie still has the Yeet man on his mind.

It would make a lot of sense for Bronson Reed to target Jey Uso, either in singles competition, or in faction warfare, with the Vision and Bloodline facing off.

Chad Gable

Chasing the other competitor from his last bout prior to his injury absence would give Bronson Reed the opportunity to potentially become a singles champion.

Chad Gable has experienced a lot of success on Raw since being unmasked and dropping the Original El Grande Americano moniker in May.

Having won the Intercontinental Championship from Penta at SummerSlam, Gable could soon find himself defending against a much larger opponent.

It’s easy to forget that Bronson Reed hasn’t held a traditional championship on the main roster, although this could change if he does cross paths with Chad Gable.

Roman Reigns

Bronson Reed is one of the only stars on the roster to hold a pinfall victory over current World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns since the introduction of the Tribal Chief character.

Reed and Reigns are currently 1-1 in singles competition, with the OTC defeating the Vision member at Clash In Paris 2025, and the Aussie pinning the Bloodline leader in a Street Fight at Crown Jewel two months later.

Bronson Reed teased a potential third match against Reigns several times during his injury absence, notably calling for a rubber match following Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship win at WrestleMania 42.

With Reed most recently teasing “beating Roman again” following the announcement of Wrestlepalooza in Australia on December 12, it would make sense to see the returning star step into the ring with the Tribal Chief once again.

Bron Breakker

While Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker look to be on the same page following Reed’s WWE return, previous Vision history has shown us that a tag-team split is only a TV segment away.

Breakker notably kicked Seth Rollins out of the faction on the October 13, 2025 Raw episode, spearing Rollins to the shock of the crowd, Paul Heyman and Bronson Reed.

Bron Breakker then told Bronson Reed that he’s either with him or Rollins, leading to Reed hitting Rollins with a Tsunami.

Regardless of whether it’s a spur of the moment split in storyline, or if we learn that Bronson Reed has been playing the long game since last October, I wouldn’t rule out a potential Vision split.
