6. The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) – Free Agents September 2019
Like Shinsuke Nakamura, Gallows and Anderson would be welcome additions to NJPW if they choose to return to Japan.
Both performers made their names representing the Bullet Club under the leadership of Prince Devitt (Finn Balor) and then later AJ Styles. Now with “Switchblade” Jay White at the helm, the Good Brothers would slot in nicely alongside fellow originals Tama Tonga and Bad Luck Fale.
During their run in Japan, Gallows and Anderson also built a strong bond with fellow former Bullet Club members, and current AEW Executive Vice Presidents, The Young Bucks
While the Young Bucks, Lucha Bros, and So Cal Uncensored are the primary focus of AEW’s tag team division, there’s no denying that the Good Brothers would be an excellent fit if they opt to join the new promotion instead.
Given the timing of their contracts, if they do make the jump, it won’t be at the All Out PPV.
Prediction: Join AEW, have occasional stints in NJPW.
