WWE
A new WWE Women’s World Champion was crowned at the October 10 Money in the Bank premium live event in New Orleans.
Stephanie Vaquer put the Women’s World Title on the line in a three-way match on Saturday, with Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch challenging for the gold.
In the closing moments of the bout, Vaquer took out Lynch, kicking her off the ring apron onto a table outside of the ring.
Liv Morgan then capitalized, hitting Vaquer with an ObLivion and pinning her to once again become Women’s World Champion.
With Stephanie Vaquer’s title reign ending after just 27 days, there has been rumors swirling about another potential title switch, with there being speculation about the next star to hold the Raw women’s division’s top title.
Here are three stars who could become WWE Women’s World Champion after Liv Morgan.
Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch feels like the bridesmaid in the Women’s World Championship scene, with she and Stephanie Vaquer returning in August with the mission to dethone Liv Morgan.
Lynch was the special referee in the match which saw Vaquer defeat Morgan in Chile, and was also part of the three-way match which saw Morgan pin Vaquer at Money in the Bank to win back the gold.
It’d make a lot of sense for Becky Lynch to be Morgan’s next challenger, given that she’s the only member of this trio to not hold the gold this year.
With Stephanie Vaquer achieving her goal of dethroning Liv Morgan in September, Becky Lynch could also defeat the Women’s World Champion in the coming months.
Tiffany Stratton
Tiffany Stratton is now a problem for both Chelsea Green and Liv Morgan, now that she holds the Money in the Bank contract.
Able to cash in for a title match at a time of her choosing, many fans are expecting Stratton to betray her friend and cash in on WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green.
There is a chance that Stratton leaves Green be however, and instead chooses to challenge for Liv Morgan’s Women’s World Championship.
Until Stratton cashes in, Liv Morgan will have to be looking over her shoulder.
Roxanne Perez
Ahead of Tiffany Stratton’s Money in the Bank victory, a lot of fans had predicted that Roxanne Perez would win the briefcase, because of previous tensions within the Judgment Day faction.
With Liv Morgan taking Roxanne Perez under her wing, friction has emerged whenever Perez has attempted to stretch her own wings in the singles division.
Morgan vs Perez is heavily rumored to be the direction for WrestleMania 43, with speculation picking back up following Liv’s Women’s World Championship victory.
If this match does take place in the future, we could see Perez pin Morgan to win the Raw women’s division’s top prize.
