An absent WWE star could be the difference-maker for The Bloodline vs. The 946

An absent WWE star who is no doubt gearing up for an in-ring return may be the difference-maker in the feud between The Bloodline and The 946.

In August of last year, having successfully defended the Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam, Naomi had to vacate the title later that month due to her real-life pregnancy.

While Naomi will no doubt want to reclaim the championship, a situation has emerged for her real-life husband as the feud between The Bloodline and The 946 escalates, and she could play her part:

The Unspoken Bloodline Connection

Married to Jimmy Uso since January 2014, Naomi joined the Anoa’i dynasty, effectively including her in The Bloodline family tree.

While there have been occasional references to her relationship on television, she has stayed away from The Bloodline story since it came into being back in 2021.

Granted, Naomi only returned to WWE in January 2024, carving out a new path on her own terms that would see the creation of her “proceed with caution” era, as a warning to fellow stars.

Jaida Parker

With a past report stating that plans are afoot “for a Naomi return in the near future”, it would come as little surprise that this is a fundamental reason that Jaida Parker was called up to the main roster and included in the 946.

Parker has already made an impact on WWE Raw, and on Jacob Fatu in particular, having taken him out with a car.

The Bloodline are highly unlikely to target Parker specifically in their current iteration, but adding Naomi to the mix would even the odds somewhat.

A first for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames?

Next week’s WWE Raw sees The Usos and Solo Sikoa take on The 946, at the instruction of Roman Reigns, although it’s highly unlikely the feud will end there.

With Survivor Series: WarGames on November 28, there’s plenty of time for The 946 to continue its reign of destruction as they seek to claim the “grand prize”, which is likely to be Roman Reigns.

In Houston, however, WWE has a prime opportunity to do something that hasn’t been done before: A mixed WarGames match.

Royce Keys, Lucien Price, Bronco Nima, and Jaida Parker, with a fifth star, facing Roman Reigns, The Usos, Jacob Fatu and Naomi would be quite the match.

As storytelling in a steel cage goes, the male members of The Bloodline may be reluctant to attack Parker, but she will no doubt have no qualms about unloading on each and every one of them.

Where next for Naomi?

The relationship between The Bloodline and Naomi should not really be a long-running one, with the returning star having stories of her own to tell that don’t require the presence of the faction.

The WWE Women’s World Championship is currently in the hands of Stephanie Vaquer, with last night’s episode of Raw seeing the match between Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan go to no contest and a Triple Threat demanded at Money in the Bank.

Whatever the outcome of the October 10 match, Naomi is going to want to be the Women’s World Champion once again and could very well take it upon her return.
