Oh Padme you should have known better than that. When Sasha returned from her hiatus, she was immediately thrust into a title feud against Becky Lynch. She lost, but at least she was in the mix.
Sasha then quickly fell into her position as ‘Bayley’s Sidekick’ during her SmackDown Women’s Championship reign. While the whole thing did eventually slowly build to the correct payoff, it almost seemed like it dragged on for way too long.
No mention of the Golden Role Models era or Sasha’s subsequent SmackDown Women’s Championship reign, as those were the rare time that she was actually used correctly.
