2026 has been quite the year for NXT star Kelani Jordan, with a Royal Rumble debut and a Money in the Bank qualifier to date.
The current NXT Women’s Champion, Kelani Jordan competed in this year’s women’s Royal Rumble match back in January, with her most recent main roster outing being the Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat on the September 14 episode of WWE Raw.
Lola Vice may have been victorious, seeing Jordan and Raquel Rodriguez out of the Money in the Bank match, but there could be a main roster run ahead for the NXT Women’s Champion in the near future:
Halloween Havoc
With the card for WWE Worlds Collide currently sitting at five matches, there may still be room to expand on that for the September 26 show.
Jordan would be a good addition to the show, yet the focus of her title reign may take the star to Halloween Havoc on October 31, with a challenger being successful in that match.
The alternative, of course, would be for Jordan to successfully defend the title, vacating it on the following week’s episode of NXT, something Indi Hartwell did back in 2023 after being called up to the main roster.
Crown Jewel
Moving Jordan to the main roster after Halloween Havoc would give her an opportunity to appear on the go home show of either Raw or SmackDown, ahead of the November 7 Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
While the upcoming WWE PLE will feature the men’s and women’s Crown Jewel Championship, contested by respective champions from Raw and SmackDown, there’s an opportunity for more to be added to the show and Jordan to stake her claim to whatever feud she could possibly be involved in upon her arrival.
Raw Or SmackDown?
During the promo that signalled his return to NXT, Grayson Waller claimed that the brand’s women’s roster was “running laps” around their male counterparts. Going on to claim that of the 10% of stars ready to be called up, they were all women, it’s hard not to see Jordan fitting into that category and following some her contemporaries to Raw or SmackDown.
Over on Raw, Jordan could be the star to target Bayley as she focuses her attention on Lyra Valkyria, although seeing her in the ring with the likes of Roxanne Perez, Raquel Rodriguez or Maxxine Dupri could set the cat among the pigeons for Judgment Day and The Vision, respectively.
SmackDown offers just as much opportunity for a debuting Jordan, with Blake Monroe being, perhaps, a quality opponent for the call-ups’ first feud. Beyond that, Jordan has had issues with Fatal Influence in NXT, too, which could be a feud worth revisiting.
Face Or Heel?
A heel in NXT, it would be worth keeping that character going with the main roster call-up, offering her an opportunity to redeem herself later on.
The first-ever NXT Women’s North American Champion and a former TNA Knockouts World Champion, Kelani Jordan has the potential to continue her title winning ways, although perhaps the fight to get there will be as satisfying at that first championship win on the main roster.
