Anthony Ogogo has now made an AEW appearance ahead of All In London, following his lengthy absence from AEW TV.
With AEW set to accommodate over 80,000 fans for the August 27 Wembley Stadium event, the company has been doing promo work for the show with stars currently in the UK.
AEW has now shared a video to social media from the home of Tony Khan’s Fulham FC, Craven Cottage.
The stars featured in the video were Saraya, Paul Wight and Anthony Ogogo.
Ogogo shared the video with his own caption:
Life is good and wrestling has come home 🇬🇧 🏟️. Promoting All In, Wembley Stadium, August 27th with @Saraya and @PaulWight 👊🏽.
The former boxer took to Instagram to share a photo of himself at Fulham FC’s home ground, captioning the post:
“Not today son”
If it all goes tits up I suppose I can work security on match days!
Ogogo hasn’t wrestled for AEW since defeating Luke Kurtis at an August 2022 edition of Dark.
He has wrestled for several UK independent promotions since then, most recently competing at the November 2022 PROGRESS Chapter 146 show.
While this absence led to speculation that Ogogo is no longer with the company, Fightful recently reported that Ogogo signed a two year contract extension around the end of 2022 or the start of 2023, that would keep him with the company until the beginning of 2025.
