
AEW has announced the start date for the recently announced ‘Owen Hart Cup’ on tonight’s (December 17) episode of Rampage.
Earlier today, Tony Khan revealed on Busted Open Radio that there will be both a men’s and women’s tournament winner for the Owen Hart Cup.
On tonight’s Rampage show, AEW announced that the two brackets will start next May, and will culminate at the 2022 Double or Nothing pay-per-view event.
The #OwenHartCup men’s and women’s tournaments will take place in May, culminating with both finals at #AEW Double or Nothing with Dr. Martha Hart on hand to award the cups to the winners. We’ll have more on #TheOwen WEDNESDAY on #AEWDynamite

AEW also announced that Owen Hart’s widow Martha will be in attendance to award the trophies to the winners.
AEW will be providing more information on the Owen Hart Cup on next Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite.
